6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use iMakePDF to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation or legal requirement;

7. Free and Paid Services

iMakePDF may provide certain features without charge and may offer paid plans or other paid features.

Free features may be subject to limits such as daily usage limits, file size limits, processing limits, supported formats or other restrictions.

We may change free-service limits or features from time to time, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments made to paying customers.

8. PRO Plans and Temporary Promotional Access

Where iMakePDF offers PRO access, the applicable plan, subscription period, price and features will be presented to the user before purchase or activation.

iMakePDF may also offer temporary promotional PRO access, including social campaigns. Promotional access is subject to the specific campaign requirements and eligibility rules shown at the time of participation.

Promotional access is not transferable, has no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be limited to one eligible account or other eligibility criteria specified by the campaign.

We may prevent abuse or fraudulent participation in promotional campaigns, including attempts to obtain repeated promotional benefits through multiple accounts or other methods intended to circumvent campaign restrictions.

9. Payments

Paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers. By initiating a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the information presented at checkout.

Prices, taxes where applicable, billing periods and other purchase conditions will be presented before payment.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer, payments may be non-refundable once a paid digital service has been provided or activated.

10. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Any refund policy displayed at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Your Content

You retain your rights in documents and content that you provide to iMakePDF, subject to any rights necessary for us or our service providers to process the content solely to provide the requested service.

You grant iMakePDF the limited technical permission necessary to receive, store temporarily, process, transmit and return your content as required to operate the features you request.

13. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep iMakePDF available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser, file or operating environment.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, security incidents, network failures, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Accuracy of Processing

Automated document processing may occasionally produce unexpected, incomplete or incorrect results depending on the source document, file format, software environment or operation requested.

You are responsible for reviewing processed documents before relying on them, distributing them, submitting them to a government authority, using them for business purposes or otherwise treating them as final.

15. Backups and Important Documents

iMakePDF should not be treated as a permanent document-storage or backup service unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

You should maintain your own backup copies of important documents before uploading or processing them.

16. Third-Party Services

iMakePDF may integrate with or depend upon third-party providers, including hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, security and payment providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies and availability. iMakePDF is not responsible for matters solely within the control of an independent third-party provider, subject to rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, address security concerns, or enforce these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably cooperate with iMakePDF in responding to claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
